Dr. Charline Nixon is an accomplished Collegiate Professor and cybersecurity expert
with extensive experience in both information technology and higher education leadership. Since 2021, she has taught cybersecurity and computer information in the Kaiserslautern region of Germany, drawing on a career that includes roles as dean, IT chair, and senior faculty member across multiple institutions. She holds multiple advanced degrees—including doctorates in management and philosophy and master’s degrees in cybersecurity and business administration—along with an extensive portfolio of industry certifications from EC-Council, CompTIA, Microsoft, SANS, and others. Renowned for her curriculum expertise and commitment to hands-on, interactive learning, Dr. Nixon equips students with practical skills that support academic success and workforce readiness. Her international experience across
