Refund Policy

CSI–Forge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

Duplicate donations
Processing errors
Event cancellations (if applicable)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction to info@csiforge.org.

Program fees, registration fees, or material costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing for a specific program. CSI–Forge reserves the right to deny any refund request outside these conditions.

Donation Tax Disclaimer: CSI–Forge is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
